Our Programs

Everything we run is free. Our instructors are certified through the Canadian Ski Instructors’ Alliance, and every lesson is one-on-one, adjusted to how a child is doing that day. We take kids at any skill level, including the ones who have never stood on snow.

01

First-Time on Snow

For kids who have never skied before. We start with boots, standing on flat ground, getting used to how the skis feel underfoot. The hill waits until they’re ready for it. Twenty minutes, for some. For others the whole session goes to standing up comfortably, and we count that as a good day.

02

One-on-One Coaching

One child, one instructor, the whole session. We match coaches on communication style and energy as well as skill, so a kid who needs more breaks, quieter instructions, or a change of plan halfway through gets a coach who can shift with them.

FocusIndividual attention & trust

03

Sensory-Friendly Sessions

Some kids find parts of skiing overwhelming. The cold, the noise in the lodge, the feel of gloves. We plan around it with quieter times on the hill, gear adjustments, and shorter sessions. We’d rather end a lesson early than push through a bad afternoon.

FocusKeeping it calm & predictable

04

Building Independence

For kids who have the basics and want more. We add gentle slopes and turning, then the chairlift once they’re ready for it. Watch for the moment they look back up the hill and work out that they came down it on their own.

FocusIndependence & real confidence

05

Family Support

Parents are part of this. We tell you what worked in the lesson, what to try at home, and how to keep it going in between. A few families have ended up skiing together on their own weekends.
